About Us

Jensen Property Management was founded in 2011 and currently manages a small rental portfolio of multifamily residential properties in Northern Colorado. The owner, Richard Jensen, is a licensed real estate broker and has represented buyers and sellers in real estate transactions throughout Northern Colorado. When he is not helping clients and managing rental properties, Richard lives an active lifestyle and enjoys hiking, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family and friends.
